Elizabeth Kukoyi, MBA, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, FNP-BC, is the founder and primary care provider at Zivora Health. As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she is dedicated to providing compassionate, accessible, and personalized healthcare for adults and seniors.

Her approach is centered on listening carefully, understanding each patient’s unique needs, and delivering evidence-based care wherever the patient resides—from private homes to assisted living, memory care, independent living, and skilled nursing facilities.
